TRAINING
SPY Security Services security officers receive comprehensive training to S.I.A standards at our office, from qualified instructors and very experienced security personnel.

Detailed training on our customers premises, is also given to our security officers.

Subjects included in our training courses are – security duties, legal principles and procedures, action at the scene of a crime, report writing, fire prevention, use of fire extinguishers and first aid.

INSURANCE
SPY Security Services provide comprehensive insurance cover to all our contracted customers. We insure our obligations to pre-agreed levels, which can be increased, by arrangements with our insurers. We insure and provide indemnities of £1 million, in any one instance, for public, efficacy and contractual claims.

In addition, we carry a fidelity guarantee of £25,000 and unlimited Employers’ Liability.

RETAIL SECURITY
